No. Email performance depends on many factors including your industry, list quality, content relevance, send timing, and audience engagement. We do not guarantee specific open rates, click rates, or conversion numbers. What we commit to is following best practices, running A/B tests, and optimizing continuously based on data.

Do I need to provide the email list?

Yes. You need to provide your own email subscriber list or use opt-in forms to build one. We do not purchase or provide third-party email lists. We can help you set up sign-up forms on your website to grow your list organically.

Who pays for the email platform subscription?

You do. The email platform subscription (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) is a separate cost paid directly by you to the platform. Our service fee covers strategy, design, copywriting, setup, management, and reporting.

How often will you send emails?

Email frequency is determined during the strategy phase based on your goals and audience. Typical frequencies range from once a week to once or twice a month. We avoid over-emailing which can lead to high unsubscribe rates.

Can I review emails before they are sent?

Yes, always. Every email is sent to you for review and approval before it goes out to your subscriber list. We will not send any email to your audience without your explicit approval.
